Is this an exact quote?+
It's a realistic estimate based on what most Fraser Valley SMBs of your size pay us. The final number is confirmed during a free 30-minute assessment, where we also check for anything unusual in your environment.
What counts as a "user"?+
Anyone with a work device, email account, or login to a company system. Part-time staff and contractors with their own accounts count too.
What about after-hours support?+
The Professional and Enterprise plans include 24/7 help desk. On the Essential plan, after-hours emergencies are billed hourly, but monitoring and auto-remediation still run 24/7.
Do I have to buy Microsoft 365 through you?+
No. If you already have licensing, we manage it at no extra charge on Professional and Enterprise plans. The M365 add-on is only for teams who want us to handle licensing too.
Can I change plans or add-ons later?+
Yes — month to month. Upsize during a growth spurt, add compliance support before an audit, or drop add-ons you no longer need.
